Finishes
We finish all our work using natural treatments which enhance the quality of the wood
The finishes we use are all made up of natural oils, waxes and minerals. Our favorite is “Osmo” who produce a range of oil/waxes and opaque coloured stains, all harmless to the environment in their production and use.
They are also micro-porous which allows the timber to breath and prevents the formation of a skin.
Our aim is to introduce as few chemicals into our environment as possible.
